Now that the Russian gas giant - Gazprom - has halted all natural gas shipments to Europe via Ukraine, importers are scrambling to make up for the shortfalls. Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria have been forced to restrict supplies to consumers amid a record cold snap. Other countries, like Germany, have so far been able to avoid that fate.
