And finally today we begin a series called German cooking for beginners. Yes we're going to show you how to cook typical German food like dumplings, sauerkraut, sausages of course, and roasts. Every day we'll meet a foreigner who lives here and watch them learn how to cook a German dish.We begin in Munich where the Brazilian dancer Maira Fontes works for the Munich State ballet. She's going to be trying out a very typical German dish called "Schweinebraten" which is simply roast pork. And it's usually served up with dumplings and red cabbage.
