More uncertainty at German carmaker Opel after reports that General Motors may scrap plans to sell the firm

There is more uncertainty than ever about the future of Opel. After months of wrangling over finding a possible buyer, on Monday night reports emerged that the US auto giant General Motors was thinking of KEEPING control of its German subsidiary, Opel.
