Celebrations in Kiev - as opposition leader Viktor Yanukovich is declared the winner of Ukraine's presidential election

International election observers say yesterday's presidential vote in Ukraine was "transparent and honest." This is likely to raise pressure on Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko to concede the run-off. With almost all the votes counted, her rival, Viktor Yanukovic, has a narrow lead of less than three percent. His party is allied with the Kremlin's United Russia.
