And UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon calls for action at a climate change summit in New York

World leaders are gathering at this hour in New York to try to revive talks on climate change. The leaders are preparing for a key climate conference in Copenhagen in December. The aim is to forge a deal on a climate treaty to replace the Kyoto Protocol, which runs out at the end of 2012.
