By hooking up cross-trainers and bikes to a generator, René Eick has found a way of utilising expended energy in his fitness club. We visited the Gold's Gym fitness club in Berlin, the place where muscle power is turned into electricity. The result is that cellphones or MP3 players can be charged by pure physical performance.
