Afghan scholars in Germany hope to have a chance to use their skills back home

Here in Germany, a group of students is hoping that someday they may be directly involved in building Afghan democracy. The scholars at the Erfurt School of Public Policy include 14 Afghans participating in the fellowship program of the German academic exchange service. They're studying political science, management and administration and hoping to have a chance to use their skills back home.
