Inside Europe: Will Brussels concede to stop Brexit?

The president of the EU's Council, Donald Tusk, has unveiled proposals to avoid Britain leaving the bloc -a so-called Brexit. The UK will be holding a referendum on whether it should stay in the EU. The proposals are designed to make staying in the bloc a more attractive option for British voters. Janis Emmanouilidis is Director of Studies at the European policy centre in Brussels.
