Nobel laureate Al Gore says the world should hurry to implement a new agreement on cutting greenhouse gas emissions. Speaking at a conference here in Berlin, he said that the world should not wait until 2012 to put into effect the results of UN climate change talks in Bali this December. In one of his first speeches since winning the Nobel Peace Prize, Gore said he believed future generations would look back at 2007 as a pivotal year in the fight against global warming.
