euromaxx à la carte: Salmon from Northern Sweden # 09.11.2010 # euromaxx

We go to northern Sweden to find out how the locals prepare salmon. The fish is either cooked in the oven, fried in the pan or steamed. We visit the Skelleftea Inn in the town of the same name in Northern Sweden. Kitchen chef Hakan Persson will be preparing three different salmon dishes from locally caught fish.
