And after the spirit, we have to tend to the needs of the flesh, and that's why we have our series euromaxx à la carte. This time we're in the Bavarian capital Munich, where they tend to specialise in very hearty (and heavy) German fare, but the chefs at the famous Weinhaus Neuner insist they can do all the classic fare in a much lighter fashion - and whether or not you believe them is really secondary!
