Spahn calls for licensing vaccine exports

German Health Minister Jens Spahn tells DW that coronavirus vaccine exports from the European Union should be licensed. This comes as Anglo-Swedish pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca announced a delay in delivering COVID-19 vaccines to the bloc.
