Inside Europe - Germany pays compensation for Red Army POW's

During World War Two, around 5 million Red Army soldiers were taken prisoner by the Nazis. 75 years later, some surviving POWs are being compensated with 2,500 euros. 900 of them have applied for the symbolic payment.
