The wife of former hostage Thomas Hamill arrived in Germany Wednesday to be reunited with her husband, according to news reports. Hammill spent three weeks in Iraqi captivity before escaping from his captors and flagging down a apssing U.S. Army patrol. His wife Kellie arrived on an early flight from Mississippi before travelling to the U.S. military's Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, hospital spokeswoman Marie Shaw said. Hamill, a 43-year-old truck driver for a Halliburton subsidiary, escaped on Sunday. He is being treated at the facility in western Germany for a wounded arm before he can return to the United States.
