Russian forces step up shelling

Russia's forces have stepped up shelling in the suburbs of Ukraine's capital Kyiv, forcing many people to flee. The eastern city of Kharkiv has also suffered extensive damage, as Russian tactics switch to more airstrikes than seen before.
