The authorities in Greece are bracing for a third day of riots, which were sparked by the fatal shooting of a teenager by police. At least 40 people have been injured in the violent clashes that followed Saturday's shooting in Athens. The conservative government is also under pressure from opposition parties including the Greek Communist Party, which plans to hold a mass rally in central Athens this evening.
