Last Monday, around 300 US marines arrived in Norway for a six month deployment. Nothing unusual you might think in a NATO member state hosting troops from another NATO country. But this, along with the arrival of several thousand US troops in other NATO countries bordering Russia has provoked strong reactions from Moscow. Lars Bevanger reports.
