EU leaders meeting for a 2-day summit in Brussels have approved a joint plan to help the financial sector. French President Nicolas Sarkozy, said ALL EU members had accepted last Sunday's measures adopted by the 15 Euro-Zone countries. They also all agreed on the need for fundamental reform in the banking sector.
