Arms trade Treaty gains momentum

Millions of people are injured or killed globally as a result of the gobal trade in weapons. The Arms Trade Treaty is aimed at curbing global arms trading to countries who could use them to commit human rights violations. This week, the number of ratifying countries will reach 50, which means it will come into effect 90 days later. Amnesty International's Rasha Abdul-Rahim explains.
