Pro-EU centrist Rob Jetten likely next Dutch PM

Rob Jetten is set to become the Netherlands' youngest and first openly gay prime minister after his pro-European D66 party narrowly won the October election. Known for his upbeat slogan "Het kan wel" ("It is possible"), Jetten campaigned on positivity and unity, contrasting years of far-right dominance. He now has to form a coalition in a deeply divided political landscape — a process that could take months.
