World War Two recedes further into history but some of Nazi Germany’s most monumental building projects are still very much with us, posing difficult questions about how democracies should find new uses for them. One of the biggest ever was the Prora holiday camp on the German island of Rugen – and it’s being given a new lease of life, as Rob Cameron reports.
