Deadly rocket blast on Polish territory not 'intentional'

NATO and Poland both said a missile that struck Polish territory was likely fired by Ukraine in self defense. Two men were killed by the explosion. NATO General Secretary insisted however that Russia was ultimately responsible for the violence.
