South Korea's Yoon Suk Yeol sentenced to life in prison

Seoul-based journalist Fabian Kretschmer says Yoon Suk Yeol's life sentence for declaring military rule in December 2024 was widely expected. Yoon, he adds, is likely to be pardoned after a few years in prison.
