It’s been a bit of a nippy winter in Russia. In a remote settlement in Siberia, the temperature plummeted to minus 66 degrees Celsius. And Moscow has had its heaviest snowfall in more than a hundred years. Helen Seeney asks DW’s Moscow correspondent, Emily Sherwin, how people have been coping.
