Christmas here in Germany has been overshadowed by Monday's attack on a Berlin Christmas market, which left twelve people dead and many more injured. The main suspect is a failed asylum seeker from Tunisia, whose name has been given as Anis Amri. He had been served with a deportation notice but authorities were unable to deport him. Correspondent Daniel Pelz explains why.
