Last year, Scotland became the first country in the world to introduce minimum pricing on alcohol. One year on, and analysis by Scotland's National Health Service reveals that Scots bought less alcohol in 2018 than in any year since records began. Supporters of the legislation are encouraged by these findings, but what do these figures really reveal? Jack Foster reports.
