Chef Lucky Masinya went from living on the streets to winning the Tastemaster South Africa. After years of hardship, a church helped him rebuild his life, leading to patisserie training, work in top London kitchens and a career as a lecturer. Now he inspires young chefs and plans to open Johannesburg's first dessert bar.
