Fatal prelude to Holocaust

Germany today remembered the so called „Kristallnacht“ in 1938 when Jews were attacked all over the then Third Reich. It's considered to be a prelude to the Holocaust. THE DAY’s host Phil Gayle asked historians Hans-Christian Jasch and Alan E. Steinweis what this day meant to Germans now and then.
