World in Progress: Investigating Louisiana State Police

The US Justice Department has opened a probe into Louisiana State Police. A 'pattern-or-practice' investigation will assess whether police has used excessive force and whether it engages in racially discriminatory policing. This comes some three years after the deadly arrest of Ronald Greene. DW speaks to Alanah Odoms, Executive Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana.
