Tweed bounces back

Report: John Laurenson, Outer Hebrides, ScotlandJune 26, 2014

The rough, woven, woollen cloth made in the wild Scottish islands of Harris and Lewis almost disappeared a few years ago. But now this fabric that is almost a definition of old-fashioned is back. They made a million metres of the stuff last year, twice as much as five years ago. John Laurenson travelled to the Outer Hebrides to make this report.
