Turkey's central banks releases plan to stabilize markets

Turkey's lira hit record lows against US dollar last week. Turkish President Erdogan's recent speeches have done little to quell the market rout. He has spoken out again against raising interest rates, which could help fight inflation. Now the Turkish Central Bank has released a much awaited action plan for the economy.
