Turkey battling rapid price increase

While Recep Tayyip Erdogan has pledged to bring down Turkey's soaring inflation, the country's central bank has slashed rates in recent months, triggering a currency crisis.

Turkish President Erdogan's two-day trip to Riyadh will most likely boost bilateral ties but what's more crucial is that it could change the security situation for the entire region, from Iran to the war in Yemen.

Antalya is home to some 40,000 Russians permanently living and working in the city, with many working in the tourism sector, local businesses have have felt a ripple effect from the tourism downturn forcing job losses and business closures.
