The 77 Percent — Young voters in Africa

Young people in Africa are perpetually abstaining from voting. In South Africa, over 5 million people below the age of 30 did not vote. In February, some young people in Nigeria cited frustrations as the main reason for not voting while Malawi is facing the same dilemma days to the national elections.
