As we've been hearing, Eurozone leaders meeting in Brussels appear to be moving closer to reaching a deal on the Greek debt crisis. But, with proposals ranging from so-called 'haircuts on debt principal' to a second taxpayer sponsored bailout...building consensus among Eurozone members is incredibly difficult.
