Negotiations at the Climate Change Conference begins in Bonn, Germany

Negotiations for upcoming global climate talks are kicking off in the German city of Bonn. The 10-day meeting will focus on funding for loss and damage caused by climate change in developing countries. Delegates will prepare draft decisions for the World Climate Conference - or COP28 - this winter in Dubai.
