Seaweed coming to your plate

In Sweden, scientists are researching how to best harvest and expand a source of protein that is still rare and unusual in much of Europe — seaweed. Under the European Commission's "farm to fork" initiative, seaweed is supposed to become an important alternative to less sustainable protein sources, like meat and soya. But can it catch on?
