Inside Europe: Chinese sign up for Greece's golden visas

Greece is giving non-Europeans a chance to live in the country in exchange for major real-estate investments. The scheme has so far brought in about 2 billion euros. Along with a lot of Arabs, Russian tycoons and Turks, wanting to escape political persecutions. Chinese millionaires are also now lining up and the coronavirus outbreak is weighing heavily into their plans. Anthee Carassava reports.
