Inside Europe: A transcontinental deal to address migration

For several years now European Union countries have been squabbling over how to share responsibility in managing the massive influx of migrants. This week, top EU leaders brought several African heads of state into the discussion to tell them it’s time to do their bit. Jake Cigainero has this report from Paris on the plan that came out of that meeting on how both continents can address migration.
