After weeks of political deadlock, Italy's President Sergio Mattarella has given a mandate to form Italy's new government to a little-known lawyer Giuseppe Conte. He's from the country's populist 5-Star movement, and a political novice. Keith Walker spoke with DW correspondent Bernd Riegert in Rome, and started by asking him if the appointment of Giueseppe Conte is a compromise.
