Wreckage of an EgyptAir Paris-Cairo flight that crashed in the Mediterranean last month killing all 66 people on board has been found in "several main locations." The cause of the crash remains unknown.
The findings of French authorities have contradicted Egypt's conclusion that a bomb was behind the EgyptAir MS804 disaster. The plane crashed into the southeastern Mediterranean Sea in May 2016, killing 66 people.
Egypt's state prosecutor ordered the remains of the victims of the doomed flight be returned to their families. Traces of explosives were found on the victims.
Egyptian investigators have found traces of explosives on the remains of victims of last May's EgyptAir plane crash. Terrorist motives had been played down and no group has claimed responsibility.
