One of India’s most famous architects is now in his nineties. In his career, he and his team realized over 100 projects – among them public buildings like universities, but also neighbourhoods where people from all social levels live together.
Balkrishna Doshi has won the Pritzker Architecture Prize, becoming the first Indian to win the highest honor in architecture. The 90-year-old architect has dedicated his life's work to empowering the poor.
