Five months after Hurricane Maria turned the lights out on the island, some people in the US territory are looking back at a rough road of recovery back to normalcy. And many more on the island, however, are looking forward to what might be a far longer road. Hundreds of thousands of homes were destroyed in the storm. And much of the island faces grave energy problems.
