Caroline Bennett came to sushi by chance. At the age of 18, she dreamt of picking grapes in France or working on a kibbutz in Israel. Instead, she ended up in Japan and eventually opened London’s first conveyor belt sushi bar. But her fish tale doesn’t end there. Dany Mitzman reports from London.
