Instead of probing potentially infectious people with a nasal swab or drawing blood from them, dogs just take a whiff of a bit of urine and then let their handlers know whether the urine sample contains traces of the coronavirus. The dogs are currently being trained at a military camp in the Indian capital, New Delhi.
