Vigils across Germany after Hanau shooting

Dozens of vigils have been organized in towns and cities across Germany less than 24 hours after the deadly shooting in Hanau, near Frankfurt, in which 11 people died, including the gunman.

The racist motives of the shooter Tobias R. have focused attention among anti-racism campaign and organizations, such as Unteilbar, which organized a major march in Berlin following racist attacks in Chemnitz.
