Borussia Dortmund headquarters was evacuated after a suspicious envelope containing white powder was discovered. It is the second time such a package has been sent to a big European club in the last week.
The fire brigade has left Borussia Dortmund headquarters after an envelope containing white powder was discovered on the premises.
Club spokesperson Sascha Fligge told reporters that the entire building, located approximately one kilometer (0.6 miles) from Signal Iduna Park, was evacuated. A second analysis from the fire brigade said it was only powdered sugar.
Borussia Dortmund is the second team in five days to receive a suspicious package at their headquarters. Spanish police were to investigate a suspicious package sent to Real Madrid's president Florentino Perez last Friday.
