Corruption tourism

Here in Europe, another type of alternative tourism is cropping up, with people eager to see the shattered remains of the continent's boom-and-bust economy.

You may have heard of war tourism: adrenaline seekers who go on vacation to Afghanistan, for example. Or poverty tourism, where guides take foreigners through Brazil's notorious favelas. Now, there's corruption tourism.

We headed off for a tour in Valencia, in Spain, to see where government money was being thrown down the drain.
