Maraş: Turkey's Ice Cream Served with a Flourish

Maraş ice cream is slow-melting and sticky. The Turkish specialty made with goat’s milk and orchid-root flour is a centuries-old cultural treasure from southern Anatolia. And grabbing a cone of it is often rather tricky.
