South Africa shelters homeless

South Africa's lockdown has been especially tough on the poor, including the homeless, and President Cyril Ramaphosa said the country would look after them. In Cape Town that means a number of them are being taken from the street against their will. The organization Doctors Without Borders warns the danger of a coronavirus infection is greater in the camp than on the streets.
