Oslo: EU Green Capital 2019

Eighty percent of Europeans live in cities, making these ideal places to start looking for solutions to climate change. Each year, a city with outstanding green credentials is named European Green Capital, and for 2019 that accolade goes to Oslo. So what is the Norwegian capital doing to deserve the honor?
