Oslo: EU Green Capital 2019

Eighty percent of Europeans live in cities, making these ideal places to start looking for solutions to climate change. Each year, a city with outstanding green credentials is named European Green Capital, and for 2019 that accolade goes to Oslo. So what is the Norwegian capital doing to deserve the honor? Lars Bevanger went to find out.
